Is this volunteering?

Not in the traditional sense. BeHere is primarily a donation. The experience is how the charity says thank you for contributing to their work.

Can I cancel if plans change?

Yes. Each charity sets their own cancellation window, typically 24 to 72 hours before the session. Cancel within that window and the donation is non-refundable. Outside it, you get a full refund.

Do I need any experience?

No. Charities welcome anyone who wants to show up. Each listing tells you exactly what is involved.

How much goes to the charity?

90% of your donation goes directly to the charity. BeHere takes 10% as a platform fee. No hidden charges.
